領匯集團接管公屋商場，令公屋居民和租戶擔心鋪租上升，成本增加，從而令物價上漲。公屋居民盧少蘭反對房委會出售商場及停車場，上訴至終審法院。此宗訴訟令領匯擱置上市，事件極富爭議。社會各界卻發出不同的聲音，小商戶擔心租金加幅大，難以經營；市民擔心店舖種類少，商場只有大型連鎖店，物價會上漲；連鎖店則表示會選擇人流多、格調好的商場進駐加開分店，私營公司需要用平衡的方法接納不同的聲音。本集以盧少蘭為軸心，探討反對領匯上市一案背後的正反理據，交由私營公司管理屋邨商場是好是壞？並探討低下階層對屋邨商場未來變化的憂慮。
